WHY BAGASSE:

Many different fibrous plants can be manufactured into alternatives to tree-based paper and plastic products, most notably wheat, rice, hemp, flax, and sugar cane. The pulp or fiber we use is the byproduct after the juice has been removed from the plants. Using the pulp means that more of the plant is being put to good use, instead of going to waste. In contrast, paper plates are made from wood, which requires heavy-duty industrial processes to turn into paper products. A wood pulp mill costs 5 times as much as a straw pulp plant and uses 10 times the energy. Our process is more efficient and better for the planet!

3 COMPARTMENT DESIGN:

Brheez round biodegradable plates have 3 compartments to separate the main dish from the two sides. The deep-set compartments hold food in place and make serving kids' breeze. These plates are great for birthday parties, bridal showers, outdoor BBQs, and more!

Our bagasse, or sugarcane pulp fiber, products are biodegradable and made from renewable and sustainable resources. The pulp is a byproduct of sugarcane stalks once they have been crushed to extract their juice. Using the pulp to create our premium paper plates means less waste and a happier planet!

COMPOSTABLE:

Brheez bagasse plant-based products are biodegradable, which means they can be disposed of in a composter/food waste bin or just buried in your backyard. In an ideal composting setting, they can decompose entirely in 3 to 6 months, making them a great environmentally friendly option!
